We understand as a customer that it is not always possible to find the standard of accommodation that you require and you can spend hours looking through endless accommodation providers sifting though the chintz to try and find the property with a difference

At Studio 1 you are not booking with a third party you are booking direct with the Owner of the property. So you get the latest offers and the best price for your break!

Studio 1

Luxury holiday accommodation located within the heart of Woolacombe and just 200 meters from the beach and local facilities. Renovated in 2010 to an exceptional standard, Studio 1 has fully tiled under floor heating in every room, a full wet room, a high specification kitchen and first class entertainment from a 42” flat screen TV and Playstation 3. Outside Studio 1 there is secure surf board storage for your boards.

With a luxury double bed and contemporary one person sofa bed, Studio 1 will accommodate up to three adults comfortably.
There is also an additional cot bed and highchair available at no extra charge.
